I need a pair of short hydro style (10 degree) CMB90 Evo series (gold/red/purple head motors) headers so if anyone has a couple that they've cut too short let me know. The overall length needs to only be about 2" so I'd be cutting off about 80% of a new one, a bit of a waste to say the least.

Don if you buy the new ones Turn them down (O.D.) Before you cut them off, so they slide into those Mac 15 pipes with the Big lead in Header...... Joe W

I need them to test another set of pipes back to back with the big lead in pipes. Want both sets ready to go so I can quickly swap out at the pond. I can't see spending $30 each on headers I'm going to cut 80% off of.

Don, I'm pretty sure that I have at least 1, might still have 2, I'll look this evening.

a set of 13cc with the big lead in headers would be nice to try
One thing I've just noticed about the big lead ins- the header i.d. of a CMB90 header is only .785, it is thick wall tubing. The i.d. of a Macs 15cc pipe, as well as a couple others are also .785. When you cut the Macs pipe & add that big lead in pipe your cutting off a significant part of the lead taper, altering the tune of the pipe.
