I am offering up to $400 for an Equi 40 fat belly pipe, depending on condition. Or I could trade in a NR .46 outboard, unopened straight from my storage.

Those muffled pipes are Irwin pipes. Steve and Lynn Cooper made a 21 muffled pipe with a cast elbow. They never produced any 7.5 outboard pipes.

Hi Larry I cannot dispute the brand but have been told by several that the silver is a cooper 7.5 and the difference, cooper used a larger header 90.
Either way it's a great pipe

I stand by my statement, as Both Steve and Lynn Cooper told me they never produced a 7.5 outboard pipe. I have owned 3 of the Irwin muffled pipes, like in your photo, sold a couple of them to Joern last year and still have the other.

Before anyone asks, NO! The Cooper pipe is not for sale. I had two, attempted to sell one to Brandon Atwell. The USPS decided that was not to be, and lost the package, I refunded Brandon’s payment, and still have not received a insurance settlement from the USPS.
