I have a list of measurements I took from a 1980's P80 marine engine sample (2-piece case: removable front & rear housing), quite a while back (see what you think):

[A] Piston

1. diameter = 1.026

2. height = .978

Liner

1. OD = 1.181

2. height = 1.887

 

[C] Crankcase

1. overall length = 1.7395

2. crank housing = 1.418

3. exhaust port ID = .695

4. exhaust port OD = .9045

5. cylinder fins OD = 1.905

6. cylinder ID = 1.182

7. mounting width = 1.738

8. overall height = 3.586

 

Crankshaft

1. flywheel OD = 1.398 (35.50mm)

2. shaft journal length , main = 1.181

3. shaft journal OD, main = .4725 (12.00mm)
