Shane, here's the pics of the MAC I have. It's one of the earlier ones. 2 issues that I see. - This engine has set for a while, so bearings are suspect, and I'm not a fan of the treatment to the headbutton. The pluses. - either this engine has had very, very little time on it, or it has a new piston and sleeve in it.

I'm thinking it was the 04 cmb 45 that was the same as the mac 45

The 2004 CMB 45 was a 2003 CMB 45 with a MAC 45 drum assembly on it....and it did have a purple head.

And I think it was actually 2005 that CMB did that.

So it is NOT the same as the MAC 45. Completely different engine.
