Kyle and I had a good time, thanks prop nuts for hosting a great race. BAM fuel seems to be running well in my sport 40, and rtr. Plan to return next year.
It was a great day for the races, won one bottle of wine, wife got stocked up on peaches and wine.
Stealth 21 hydro won a couple races but one dnf put me in third place. Timex scale hydro ran the consi race but cut a bouy so went a lap down. The scale final race was a good one Curtis Maglinger won with the Winston Eagle repeating his win from 2016.
We Propnuts would like to thank those that pitched in to help out. Without your help we couldn't do this race. It has grown along with the growth of the number of racers in D-14. This race had our largest number of entrants so far. We knew going in we would be lucky to get done by 7PM. We were on a pace to get there but our PA system started dying part way thru round one and just gave up early in round two. Fortunately, Ted Huber came thru for us by loaning us one from the Winery. Struggling with the dying PA system caused a lot of delays for which we apologize.
We are glad to hear that many of you enjoyed your day with us. Thank you for your nice comments.
