We are very excited again this year to be having our first race of the season this May over the Memorial Day weekend May 23rd and 24th. link to flyer http://www.wrcpbc.org/sitebuildercontent/s...ta_May_2009.pdf .

We have enjoyed a nice group the last several years from all over. We are going to have a very good number of people again this year and encourage you to attend for the first time if you have not before. We will offer a full IMPBA schedule and require 3 boats to make a class. In 2008 we ran 115 heats of racing (5 rounds) and were done with trophies by 4:00 PM Sunday.

Very nice park setting with very easy access and food and lodging close by.

Please mail in your entry form and check to the address listed on the entry form.

I hope everyone that joined us last year will make it this year. Having the race on the Memorial Day week end will give the racers that have a long ways to travel a extra day to get back home. Come and enjoy a park setting and plenty of shade with great racing water.

What classes do you guys run at this race? Is this a fun race?

Can some of us from Colorado come over and race with you guys?

We will race any class if there are three boats entered. In 2008 we ran 18 differen classes. What classes do you run.

Colorado is included in District 6 of the IMPBA. Are you members of any club or IMPBA members? Just asking since I am always looking to make a new club or get racing setup in a area. Email me at [email protected] if you are interested in getting a club started. And like Kelly said if you want to race and have fun we will find a class to put you in. So come to Wichita and have a great time.

We are Namba over here but enjoy racing anywhere. I know we would have to do a single event membership.

I will keep you posted on our interest.

Hello Kelly

I have updated the NAMBA District 20 web site to see if we can get a group

of guys from Colorado to come on over to your race.

Check out the District 20 web Site here and let me know if it looks good to you.

Thanks to the WRCPBC for putting on a well organized race. It was good to see my friends from last year and make some new ones. A special thanks to Allan and Linda for coaching Dave and I during our heats.
