Anyone on here do it or know someone who does?

I have a screamer of an airplane engine and was just wondering if someone could machine a water cooled head for it.

One thing I remember bout that album is Dad.........WILL YA TURN THAT DOWN !!!!!!!!

Ha,Ha,

Gene :D

Now back on topic kiddies......... :p

Hey PJ...funny you said that since I'm working in the opposite direction,

I'm in the process of making a Air cooled head for my Mac Outboard. I'm just waiting on my rotary table with dividing plates to show up before I install the bolt pattern. If you get me a piece of stock large enough for the diameter of a .61 and the exact measurements you want, and $40 I'll make one for you..........You'll get what you pay for.

Maybe it would be easier to adapt the WC head from another engine? that would be much easier with less machine time than starting from scratch.

I have machines ready too make just this type of parts do you need a water jacket to ?? All I would need is the old air cooled head to get sizes from and if you want different volume of the boul size. I may even have the right size stock here. Scott

does your motor look like one of these?

I've been told that mds makes Rossi copies.....maybe a rossi head will work with it

Hey there is an idea! If your tunnel is riding a bit heavy in the back end....leave the airplane prop on it. Good way to keep the competition away from you too.

If anyone is interested, I contacted Andy Payne at the above web site and asked him about W.C. heads for an OS .12TR or .12TR(P)T. He said if you send him the old head he could make one for about 48.00 US and shipping of about 9.50. He is based in the UK. I'm sure he can make one for just about any size engine.
