I placed an order through superiorbalsa.com for the wood I needed to build my Wild Thing. I placed the order on the 10th of August, and just found out that they were unaware of my order until this morning, after I had sent them an email asking about the status and when it had been shipped. They also don't seem to know what I ordered, and told me to give them a call in their email. I called and nobody answered the phone.
They wouldn't offer to ship any faster to make up for their mistake either, so I'd much rather place an order somewhere else.
Aside from balsausa.com, what are my other options?
