I stand corrected based on your post!! Neither wars nor casualties are funny. Starting at the "PRESENT INVASION" which I believe is the people coming over the Mexican/US border, you say it has cost thousands of lives of the invaders which must be Mexican lives ( glad to read that as much as you bad mouth these invaders you seem to have some sympathy when they die). As I said, casualties are never funny. Apparently those who survived, brought Fentinal ( spelled wrong) that killed 100,000 people which somehow got from China to Mexico and then to the US and you refer to it as medication which is legal as opposed to illegal drugs which is what they are.

So to answer your question...yes I think you are funny. You do the best imitation of a dementia riddled person I have ever heard. On his worst day. President Biden could not reach the standard you have set.

As I said in an earlier post, I don't to riled about what going on in our Country. I know I can't think of anyplace I would rather live. Almost without exception, I find that when I get riled up, I just don't enjoy all the good things there are to enjoy. The one exception would be if they raised the price of gin for my martini. I can assure you that the **** you and others think I'm full of would really hit the fan.

Gas is getting expensive everywhere. One of the wife's coworkers told her that gas in her area of California was over $7 per. Since Tuesday, when I filled my car up with Premium unleaded(not by choice either), I've driven 232 miles to and from work. By the time I get home tomorrow morning, I'll be looking at 280 miles. I'm guessing I'll end up paying somewhere between $75 and $85 for the 12 to 14 gallons it will take to top the tank back off. If I were to go back in time to October 2020, that same amount of cash would have TOTALLY FILLED my 2011 Tahoe's 26 gallon tank AND paid for dinner for the wife and I at a nice restaurant

As far as the border and gas, I really don,t get too riled up about it. Its a political problem and since both parties seem more intent on fighting each other rather that working to solve problems, nothing will change. The unfortunate part is that it used to be just the politicians that did it. Now we have a large portion of the people riled up which makes it even harder to make progress.

I was close on my "guestimate", the car did better on MPG than I thought it would.
The car took 11+ gallons and $68 to go 281 miles and cost me $5.75 per for premium

I would make the following changes in the "A" list:

1. Inflation-include gas in this since it's an inflation issue as well
2. Violent Crime since it affects where we live directly
3. Illegal Immigration-IMPEACH EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THE CABINET for failing to enforce immigration and human trafficking laws
4. Election Integrity
5. School Issues
6. International Political Crisis-This means Russia/Ukraine and China

As far as the "B" list:

1. Climate Change-Jail John Kerry for producing more greenhouse gasses with his private jet per flight than the average person does in a year with their cars and trucks
2. Capitol Riot Investigation-Jail Nancy Pelosi for Dereliction of Duty
3. Covid-Jail Anthony Fauci for funding the Covid-19 research and helping hide it from the world
4. Ukraine-Move up to "A" list spot 6 to be included with that category
5. Abortion Rights-Leave this up to the states, take Roe vs Wade out of the picture
6. LGBTQ-Issues-Leave this to the individual person and get it out of politics. The rest of the world doesn't need to know who you have in bed with you

Okay, I thought it hurt to spend $68 to fill the car, the truck hurt even more. Unlike the car, which requires premium, the truck takes good old regular. Since the last time I filled it,

• I went 316 miles, almost all of that commuting to work
• burned 15.57 gallons
• paid $85

That works out to 20.3 MPG, not bad for a 2003 S-10 with almost 160K on it. What is bad is it's costing me a dollar for every 3.72 miles I drive. Just glad I'm not taking the trailer anywhere for a while or I might be looking at $1.50-2 per mile
