What Prop?

Hi Guys

I just picked up a used 1/8th model of the '89 Cellular One. Looks like I need to replace the shaft and it doesn't have a prop.

What size shaft should I use? 1/4" or 3/16"

What's a couple of good props to start with. The engine is an O.S 0.65 VRM.

What kind of weight is the boat?

But, as a guess, Octura X455/3 X457/2 &3 blade

If it turns the X457/3 with no problem try a Octura Y557 It's an X457 wit 10% more pitch

If you need a more lifting prop Prather S250 or S255

Or if you need a complete lifting prop 1455 or 1457, but they are a bear to get launched, or to get back up after a slow mill (they cavitate terribly)
