Were are the actual P Spec Rules?

I am looking for the actual rules for P Spec Tunnel, I have a sheet from a friend but I want to look at the actual rules.

I have a hull and other parts and want to build one but want to make sure I am making the best choices as far as batteries and

speed controls that are ok to run.

If you're IMPBA there are no national P-Spec/P-Limited rules. Districts and clubs that choose to run the class have their own rules.They are all basically the same except some areas such as D12 and D13 run spec speed controllers.
