I would like to announce that, in response to the needs of a fellow boater and with some input from Bill Gibson, Brandon Model Boaters will be donating ALL of the proceeds from the WCRA race November 2nd to help Brian Melton's family. You can get more information on this situation in the general forum. We will also be accepting any and all donations beyond the entry fees so please keep this in mind and donate if you are able.
I would like to invite all interested racers to join us for the last WCRA race of 2008 at Dover District Park, Dover Florida. This race is being held by Brandon Model Boaters,inc. and will be on Sunday, November 2nd.
If you are turned off by the high cost of entering and traveling to District races but would still like to enjoy some racing competition, these close by races are for you. Easy on the gas costs, no expensive hotels, only a $10 entry fee, and three rounds of good competition.
