Phil the 15cc Macs pipe has a one inch flat band in the middle, the 13cc pipe does not, same diameter.

Good luck to you in getting your pipe. I ate over a hundred dollar order from that Mr. Quick and even after a series of emails never got a refund. Their system charges your credit card immediately regardless of when the order or if the order ships. Will never do business with them again! I would be interested to see if you have success.
