It's got the modded kit crank & doesn't come with flywheel (think it threads on) I got it from Mike Ball. He could help you with that. This is how I got it.

You gotta be kidding me. I've got one, bought it new (a few years ago) no fule through it yet. There is a post on how you can get a direct message to the ops plant manager. It worked for me. Think his name is max. He answers his emails. It's a face book account

Sorry for the side question... Where are you getting the OS flywheel's from?
