A few guys ran their scale Unlimiteds on Lake Washington yesterday. We do things a little different here in Seattle. These werent your typical 1/8 scale Unlimiteds. They were a little bigger. In fact 8 times bigger. After about 5 years of sweat, tears and a lot of money the 55 Miss Thriftway and the 65 Miss Bardahl finally hit the water. What a thrill it was to see those boats on the water again. You wouldn't believe the craftsmanship of these two boats. And they ran flawlessly too. Here are some sites to check them out.

Jim got some great shots of both boats on the water. Its great to see them running again.
