Brandon, the 3 pipes in the bottom pic., were made by Fox for 40 size airplane engines. Might work for our 21s.

Ron, not sure on the silver bullet. Honestly the first half of the pipe looks like an equi .21, the back half I’m not sure what was welded on it.

The outboard pipe is an equi front & OPS rear that I made probably 25 yes ago to try out. Don't remember the out come...

Thanks for the info Alan, will try on a .21 outboard but more interested in trying on a .12 inboard rigger. Having some good results with similar using no header but seem better when bushing the stinger down. Hardly any around my area to run against but Jr and I have 7 of them.
