Hello im building the Stark 12 cell tunnel how important are turn pads on a 12 cell electric tunnel ? On my Dunlap D-27 nitro tunnel i made a pair of turn pads that are fastened with 2 sided tape but after experimenting in different water conditions i found this particular hull turned better with out the turn pads being on the boat.

I think the starks boat needs them...The hull likes to fly like a kite but if done right will float on the prop.
It has a massive tunnel. Also, on a full size nitro course the boat may not require them as much, but on the FE oval i think they are a good option...just double sided tape them and you will be fine.
