Hey All!!! Brian ‘The Bear” Kelly here!! Racing Landloocked Nitro powered monsters since the age of 12. NOW it gets serious!! Out of control excited to be in this what I consider to be a very PRESTIGIOUS group of amazing men,women and the younger generation!!! A little nervous. Over excited!!! lol. However I’m blessed to be a part of “Brandon Model Boaters Inc”. I have been tasked with the title/job of the new I.T. representative!!! CRAZY RIGHT!! Since I decided to get serious about this enthusiast Hobby. I’ve been taken in. and been dealt with very kind hands and above anything else. The patience of absolutely EVERYONE!! With the likes of first and foremost. Kelly Canto!! Without her help. I never would have gotten to meet and befriend. Ron Drakes. Club President. Ralph Almorala Vice President. Neal Vanderbloemen he’s been the Dude!!! A couple of Jeff’s thrown in the mix and I’m really overwhelmed by the way everyone has taken me in. Thank You EVERYONE!!!! Now that,That’s out there in the Universe. I can be a little loud,obnoxious and a bit much at times. I won’t bore you with the details but sometimes. Sometimes I’m having a bad day due to health issues. I call it Vibrating. I do my best to not have days like that. But. It happens. Not a jerk or anything. lol. Just “Vibrating “. Taking my time and not rushing off the dock. But I can wait to go head to head with some of the amazing people in the Model Power Boating Community!!!!

The Bear, Welcome! What boats are you currently working on to run in the 2025 season?

At the Moment I’m “Trying “ to get my sport 60 prepared. Trying desperately to make the race in Orlando!!! I only have a couple things to do to make her ready. And I should have my Roadrunner V4 Stealth in about 3-4 months. She’s gonna Fly!!! I also Have a Prather 32 with a .21 OSMax on it. She’s a FUN boat!!!
