Hey don, I work in a printing plant, and can get sheets of aluminum that once served as printing plates. These are sized up to 57" by 21.5"I forget the exact alloy #, but it is hard (will crack when bent) and it polishes well.

For the cost of mail and envelope (not 57") I'll send you a sample to check out.

What's the thickness?? Will it roll well in a 3" circle??

Don the thickness is 14 thou, and yes it will form a nice 3" tube.
