My buddy Glover Jeffcoat showed up at the pond with new CMBs this weekend. A 91RS and a 45RS. has anybody tried these yet? heres a pic of the 91

91 RS is a much better engine for power and throttling than the CMB 90's. 45RS has similar performance to the 45EVO2/2.

I've got a .45 RS in a new Seaducer. I have not gotten it broke in yet but it appears to run great so far. No problem turning a 450/3 or a 452. I'll post later after I have a few tanks through it.

I talked to Jerry Crowther on Monday morning. He tested the RS motor on Sunday and claims the motor runs 57mph stock out of the box. I know he was running 59mph with a highly modified 45 2/2 motor. 57 stock is good enough for me.

If anyone else has experience with these motors I'd like to hear about it. I plan to run one myself.

In Europe we have several distributors ;

http://www.iansboats.co.uk

http://www.prestwich.ndirect.co.uk

http://www.cmb-engines.de

are a few of them , the Swedish distr. is Fredde Cederberg (have no webaddress).

I've replaced my 8 years old Goldheads with the new 91RS.

I'm very happy (pulling a 3mm bigger prop in FSR-V)

As alway's with CMB ..........sloppy machining .

After blown away 3 glowplugs in 15min., I think the squischtolarance? of 0.15mm is to narrow , the head seems sandblasted(detonation) .

Took 0.20 of the squischband and altered the bowl a little , it helps the plugs are holding 2 fueltanks (or more?)= over one hour now.
