Swiss WIB bearings

Need a set of WIB bearings for a cmb 21 valvola and a set for a Novarossi 46dd and a set for a k&b outboard 21 gold carb. How do the high speed ceramic ones compare to the steel ones?

I have the CMB21 in stock, and also the K&B 21 OB. I don't have the NR46dd sizes yet. If you can advise the sizes on the NR46, I can look to see if I stock them.
