We are the Summer Thunder rc model boat club based out of the northern Chicago area. We run and practice/tune at the Cricket Creek forrest preserve district in DuPage county, Elmhurst Illinois. We are always looking for new members so feel free to contact me if you have any questions. We are also a very diverse club with members from newbies to very advanced members that have a vast wealth of knowledge of the boating world as well as other RC knowledge(planes, cars, trucks, buggies) We are in district 4, so come and check us out anytime
