Sub c Nicd 1700 2000 ?

I have 1700 and 2000 nicds from 6 years ago when i raced i slow charged them and drained them down using the 10 bulb with deans discharge unit and recharged them with my Astro #110 D at 4.5 amps the readings i got on the 1700's 1795ma at 16.5volts . What are the chances these battery's may still be used for sport running ? I realize to compete 3300 mah nimh cells are used, any info would be good.

For sport running they are fine.

Just remember that as soon as you see it slow down, bring it in.

As it gets slow, ( lower volts) you get higher AMPS. and more HEAT.
