Hi Gary, the pipe is for a gas engine. I can't do free shipping to Canada. I have just checked the USPS prices and to send 1st class (& they don't give a delivery date) is $14.00. I was willing to pay the $6.00 to ship here in the U.S. so I would sell the pipe to you for the $23.00 plus the extra shipping cost of $8.00. So a total of $31.00. Let me know. Thanks. Fred
