Oh, Ok....got confused, so you still have the one you just finished. Throwing the cowl from 1st boat in is what confused me, I guess....doesn't this brand new one come with brand new cowl?
Did something happen to that one (1st) that you just finished?
Just kind of wondered why someone would buy 2 of the same boat.
No worries.

I don't have the first boat anymore, just the cowl. I bought the second one intending to finish it and race it. Then the buy a another new boat bug bit me and after I bought it and the wife found out she dropped the hammer on my ass to sell either this one or the roadrunner. Flipped a coin and the sport 40 lost. So it has to go to make peace with the wife.

So I had to have the discussion with the significant other, pretty much ended like this: she said you have eight boats , you need another boat like you need another hole in your head, while saying that she had that deer in the headlights look....... At that point I knew she was willing to give me one (another hole in my head)...

and the wife doesn’t really love
them down in my basement Marina,
but I told her you married me not
the boats. They go to the Beauty
Salon plenty, what do you think that
Costs these days?

Well I did make her believe I bought her a new car for our 40th anniversary,as you can see.

You guys, they are actually kept in her dresser drawer next to the bed and I'm okay with that .
I haven't had much use for those low hangers anyhow, they just get in the way when I sit down

Yeah, but.....Mark, you're a good politician AND salesman!.........but, yeah, too many out there have let the wives wear the pants and call the shots....while they don the panties....

When my wife passed away, I had no need to run out and get another. I cook, clean, pay bills, so why do I need another.

And my wife loved the Saturday morning trips to the Prop Shop. She could take or leave the boats, but she loved seeing me happy.......happy Tim meant more Johnson for her!...

Yeah the guy that set those boats up really knows what he's doing, the green boat is a rocket ship on 30% ,going to 50% this weekend propping up ....the red boat hits the water for the first time tonight ,thank you Tim.
