since this wasn't answered in my other post i figured i would ask here. pretty much as it says.. i've already ordered teh engine and the hull and the radio. (man i feel like a kid again) :lol: I want to order teh rest soon, so i have it all ready when i start building it. hopefully i can get a kit for under $100 with everything i need. cause it's going to be the deciding factor on a few other things i want to get.

I would use a speedmaster mini rudder, a speedmaster strut, and the www.grimracer.com sport 20 turn fin. B)

Ok I ordered the turn fin from grim.

as far as speedmaster goes is the VM1 strut a good chice I was thinking of mounting it like the one in the sport 20 in the hydro forum. also would i need the strut bushing Item #113-187 or would it come wiht one already? any reson you suggested the mini over the hydro rudder? and should i get the 1 and 1/2 inch or the 1 and 5/8th inch from transom rudder?

lastly where is a good place to get the flexshaft and all that related hardware?

Mike, call Gary Preusse at 630-279-2451. He carries Speedmaster hardware at better prices that what you can get from Bill McGraw plus he should have any other parts that you will need in stock except for Grimmies pieces.
