It's a 45 hull and it already has rails at 5 inches. They are hard to see because they are carbon. It uses tabs and a fin.

Picco in the 45 and MAC in the 20. The 20 is my son's boat.

Is new 2004 Version style 20 and 45 Speedmatser monos ? better than old 2002 20 speedmaster What different hull for 20 ? can you show picture bottom view " Segmented or V Shaped also strake stright or norrow?

Well, I sold it when I sold my Microburst. If I pop the Picco, I'll get another MAC.

Bill, these boat were built by Chris Fobbro. Nobody in their right mind would try to copy his boats. His work is too good and the price is reasonable. You won't find nails holding the rails in this boat. I'm not sure if Chris is planning to sell the 45. You'd have to call Bill on that one.

The Bottom is differant on the current version of the 20 boat. It had only one strake running only to the cg. I don't have any pix of the bottom.

I run Fabros, old & last model 21, 45,67, gas hull. I been harping on Gary Preusse that when Chris came out with new hulls to let me know. Needless to say I'm a microburst fan. The gas boat came from Reptile after Chris sold the molds, Reptile is doing a very good job making the hulls.

I took Gary by surprise last night when I told him about the 45.

Just talked to Gary, he will call Chris see if he can get me one.

You may want to call Bill McGraw to find out if the 45 is going to be a production boat. Last I heard, it wasn't. That's likely why Gary didn't know about it.

That's it! I downloaded the Fuji software for my camara and it had the ability to scale down the picture.

I haven't been this excited about a new boat in years. Unless you've had one of Chris' boats, you can't appreciate the level of quality he produces. I'm expecting good things with it.

You definately have to own them & race them to appreciate Chris' work. In mono hulls I won't own anything else.
