When will IMPBA realese the Racing schedule for the 2008 season? I hope Slidell has the Spring flier ready to POST. (Jeff) Many are looking at the dates & time off NOW....... When the Saw dust settles & the Smoke clears from the winter, it will be time to Bring them to the Line. LETS RACE 2008 !!!!

joe, the sgra march race is the third weekend of march 14 for open water, and the 15th and 16th for raceing, the hydro invitational is october 17th 18th and 19th. i will get a flier out as soon as possible.

Jeff, Many great boaters have ran @ slidell in the years past. Good Food, Good Times & Fast Compettion was what brings`em Back... Hopefully all attending will fill the race fliers out Now. So you guys can plan to have a premier event. Looking forward to it being the first event for us in 08, then onto Atlanta in April....... :blink:

BILL, Ok!! But a heads up NAMBA has already booked a known race in central fl for this same weekend as slidell. the clubs & IMPBA need to let all racers know their racing intentions ASAP...... I cannot see namba Members Dist 3 driving right by a already planned race just to drive another 10-11 hrs to get to a race that is not even advertised yet by the Sanaction body??? Now I could be wrong??? Bill I sent my IMPBA membership card off the week of X mas to beat the deadline. Still havent receive it back ?? Normally it would have been here already. Is John backed up on membership mailings? just trying to make sure it was received??? jw

guys, went to the pond , sunday to run our boats and the pond is riseing ,we need about 12 more inches to completely fill the pond, but we can race comfortable now, forcast for this week is rain on tuesday and thurday so look like we will fill up. let keep sending in those entry because i'm ready to ru my twin's and gas sport hydro. so come on and kick ash and take names.
