This Strut with Skeg is made from 6061-T6 aircraft quality aluminum. It comes standard in a natural finish.And Made For 1/4 SHAFT.

NOTE : The skeg shape is .005 thick in the leading edge

and about .125 in the center

and .005 on the trailing edge.

Then on top of that we extended the stinger portion 1/2"

We made it this way to create cleaner water in front of the prop.

Can this be used with a Square Drive system or is it only for round?

It can be used with square or round but if you use a shaft with ferrule the shaft after the ferrule will have to be longer.

The stub/prop shaft will have to be about 5" long.
