Seeking comment on NAMBA rule change proposals

District 4 is submitting the following proposals for changes to the NAMBA rules.

1. LSO length minimum changed to 25".

2. P OPC to run with 700 motors.

3. Paragraph 2a of the Offshore rule amended cockpit/winshield position to "no further forward that 65% of hull as measure from transom".

More changes are in the works (like update Sport Hydro) with the goal of revamping the whole FE section, but some of these take more time.

Anything else urgent that should be included in the upcoming Propwash?
