Sooner or later you will need to service the tanks and I got tired of dealing with it and made a hatch . Area around the cutout (4" X 7 " ) was reinforced and a strengthening lip added . Flotation will be added to the hatch just in case . It will be taped for waterproofing as well .
I used a dremel flexshaft and the small dremel cutoff wheel to make a damn near perfect cutout . I was surprised !! Best of all I found the problem that caused me many headaches and DNS heats as well as DNF heats , a tiny pinhole in the pipe pressure line that did not show up on a pressure test till you wiggle the line and apply soapy water to it . I thought this might help some people to deal with this maintenance issue ..
