seaducer darting to the right at top speed

Your propeller was creating a hole in the water which sucked the rudder in. So it went right.

Moving the prop back is the same as antiwalk struts. Glad you got it going.

Before ever changing a Seaducer, set it up per instructions.

just something to look at,,i have had the same trouble with other boats and found that the steering servo was loose or the mount was broken,,just might want to look at it and make sure it is secure,,just my pennys worth
