Scale details: driver, steering wheel, dummy exhaust...

I am building a ZippKits SLR Missile (48") round nose and want to give it some scale details - it won't be any specific boat but like the Miss Bud in the attached photo as a target but with my own twist.

Can use some tips buying/creating these items:
- Driver (is that 1/8 scale?) What do you use?
- Steering wheel? Can I buy or do I need to make one?
- 12 cylinder exhaust - I'm going to have a full engine cover / cowling but want pipes. Buy or make?

Any suggestions/links appreciated.

2 weeks ago. Absolutely perfect size for my zippkits thunderboat. One of them is currently in progress.
Steering wheel included, open face helmet option available. 10/10, would recommend
