Time to dust off your boats and charge your batteries. Pete Forcier has secured a new race site at the PLeasant Lake RV Resort (1 mile west of I-75 on the north side of Hwy70)
https://www.google.com/maps/place/P...8m2!3d27.4472943!4d-82.4756334!16s/g/1td5gxsjNamba membership required, and entry fee is $5 per boat. 8:am drivers meeting and racing to follow.
Classes for P, P/L Q and Open - Hydro/Mono/Cat/Spt Hydro. P/Land Q/L Tunnel plus Jersy Skiffs. Depending on number of boats we may combine to give everyone a chance to race.'
This will be the first organized event at the resort and we are hoping to make it an annual race. Parking is excellent and a cement platform overhangs the pond for a drivers stand. There will be food concessions and we have use of the clubhouse facilities.
I will be registering via [email protected] Put race entry in the headed and we will collect fee's at the site.
