Robert,

We were running at Messina gravel pit.

Ray,

The 93 Circus had one tip up high and the other even with the wing. I believe the Coors Dry had the same vertical wings one up and one down. I believe it was done that way to keep the air from sliding off the horizontal wing.

Regards,

Bert Dygert

The sea ray lake has the biggest neighborhood in oxford around it now. I live about 5 minutes away from there

I guess I better get out there and run this before going back to work. May hit 50 here this week. I have lots of thinks to test now

Jeez, I feel for you guys.

It's a chilly 55* here today and it's supposed to cool down this afternoon to 52* with a 40% chance of rain but by Sunday it's supposed to be back in the high 60's to low 70's with clear sunny skies.

Hey Bert, what's the story on the Messina pond? Like who owns it? How do you get permission etc? I absolutely wouldn't risk screwing up what you guys have going out there. Ponds are so hard to secure these days.

Our band of misfits seems to still be growing. The speeds are a bit insane in a couple classes too. There are even talks of enough FE 1/8 Scales locally to turn some heats. I know of 4 just in our club alone now. Can you picture 4 scales coming out of turn 4 at Ford Field? bahaha Better put wheels on them. We're also expecting a showing of 10th scale left turning boats for spring. We've been threatening to do that for years. Looks like they may finally make a showing this summer. Really looking forward to racing this coming season.

We (MMEU) may have reached a point where we have to consider a bigger pond than Ford field. We limit ourselves to 6 boat heats there even for the small stuff. We're not bailing on Ford Field necessarily. Just starting to explore options.
