I was wondering. I have a Eagle SGX 21 and I was thinking about putting a Rossi Niagara in it. But I'm new to the hobby and I just started racing this year and I don't know that much about diffrent engines yet. Well I guess I should get to the point! would this make a good Hyrdo engine?

Thanks

Terry

I don't see why not, I have one in my Speedmaster 21 mono. Fair warning, the motor does take a while to get broken in which can be a good thing but expect to use a good gallon to get it there. As it gets broken in, you'll find that it will like larger props too. It seems to like a longer pipe than usual too so you'll probably have to mess with that some also. If you like an alternative to the usual motors, give it a shot, I love mine. It's been known to kick some MAC butt too! :)

Use a Nova Rossi header instead of the Rossi, it's a tight fit on the exhaust flange but it keeps the header in a lot closer to the block. Jim Irwin says that they run better with a little water restriction too but I haven't tried it yet myself.
