It’s getting time to think about racing in 08. The River City Racing SPRING SHOOTOUT will be May 17-18 a two day event this year with some added classes. Let’s talk Scale first. No less then 5 former US-1 champs will be in the house. A $20.00 entry to this class will get you in a drawing for a SPANKIN NEW GREENY 67 that’s right the best scale power plant ever. Round nose boats can run in the ROUND NOSE class or both. We expect 30 boats for these classes. Moving on the to SPORT classes, Sport 20 and Sport 40 each have a $20.00 entry fee and put you in a drawing for a new Phil Thomas Hull we will give away one of each. You must score points to get in the drawing. Other classes include B Sport Tunnel, Open Tunnel, Open Mono, D Hydro, Open SINGLE ENGINE HYDRO, and Twin Hydro. Just when you thought it was safe to get in the water............ :angry: Maaaannnn it's hard enough to beat Schymik and Hobby. You got Chucky coming back after a year off. He's driving the Moceri Budweiser this year. He's been playing with cheerleaders all winter and he revvvved up. You can't count out James either. I took away his favorite bouy huggin boat but he's gettin a new rocket that may be even better. I know of at least 6 new 1/8 scales gettin baptised this spring between St Louis and Evansville. I was thinkin of goin to Washington this year but I think Indiana will be the place to be. At least in the spring.
