guys, after a soggy weather weekend the grand prix was a blast for us! we swept sport 21 and saw some old friends and made a few new ones. My new hull performed real well running strong and steady. going into the main on sunday I was in second and the first place boat of Jim wilson did not run. sort of opened the door for everyone. (Jim is ungodly fast) One heat for the brass... I was in the back of the field of 8 when 4 of them jumped the start. I passed one boat for the lead and held off both boys of mine for the win. This boat is great, it runs flat and didn't twich at all. The weather was fowl to say the least, but man that boat just ran. I think the boat my son was driving is a tick faster at the moment, but we raced that boat last year. I am going to start a build so if you want one I have an empty building jig.
