Re-Worked "Winston Eagle Lobster" Cowl is DONE !

It's a Happy Day in the Neighborhood !! Hallelujah, pulled two units out of the Lobster mouls and have one unit all trimmed out and ready for mounting. Chad and Jeff, poured their souls into this project, and I thank them both for all their help. Like to say, they also made a windshield plug that fit snugly into the front cowl. Am Now,In the proceeds of making the vacuum box and will be ready soon. After mounting the cowl units, the hull --- cowl units --- and the rear wing will all be ready for primer. Then !!! the big task of getting the garage all cleaned up and ready for painting. The goal is to have it in the water by Mid-April !!!! Enjoy the pics and Happy Racing !!!!!!!!!!

Chad, weighted the parts and they come in at : Front Canopy is at 4.0 0zs. --- Engine Cover is at 5.8 ozs. --- Turbine Tube Cover is at 4.0 and the Turbine Tube is at 5.4 ozs.. That's lite and still stiff enough, Love it. Thanks !!

All right !! Thank for all the comments. This will be the last post for this project until the "Lobster" is completely painted and assembled. The pics following are of the windshield plug and fits snugly into the opening. My hope is, that this cowl plug project for the "Winston Eagle Lobster" has all been useful in some way to fellow RC BOATERS out their, that may be new to the hobby or needed something to just look at to push them in starting a new gas scale build or just finish what being worked on.
