Is anyone getting response from rc boat company, I keep e mailing to order and get no response

IIRC, he said he was going to be shut down for a while. With the present situation, he may not be up and running for a while longer

He has a posting on his website dated 3/25 that due to his inability to work full time he can concentrate on catching up his back orders. just hope there are no complicating issues as the reason for no response.

I just received my back order parts on 5/4/20. Last email I have from him was 5/7/20. He didn't mention anything about anything wrong.

I'm using his info email sent him 3 since 4/27 ,no response. Had no problem previously

Just be patient, Steve is fine and is hard at work catching up on orders that accumulated while he was shut down, he’ll respond to your email when he comes up for air.

I got an email Monday,he is way behind. Told me he would send me a quote by weeks end

I sent him an email a few weeks ago asking a question about the hull I received from him but haven't heard back.
