One thing that may get overlooked is the blade lengths out from the hub.
I put them on a metal lathe and even up the blades. You will find that this
will correct a lot of balancing problems. I would wear exam gloves while
touching propellers, most things that you touch get absorbed into your skin
and get passed onto your kidneys. Also, the best dual cartridge 3M respirator
you can afford. Balancers that I use are Frank Orlic's, but there are some other
very good ones on the market now. I use a stub shaft with a drive dog in my lathe
chuck, it works Very Well for me. You could also buy a good pair of digital calipers
and measure from the inside of the hub out to the blade tips. Just a few other tips
that might help you.
