I, will be staying in the ft myers area next month ....located a nice looking pond on pine island just south of maria dr and close to pine island commercial marina.....anyone ever run model boats in that pond ????.....thanks.....bob

I do not know the pond U are talking about but on Sundays we play in a pond behind Home Depot on 6 Mile Cypress. If going south on 41 (Cleveland Ave) turn left on 6 Mile Cypress and go past the light that goes in Walmart, about 1000 ft we will be on the left side of the road an U can see the pond on the left, if you are a NAMBA member U can play boats with us as this is a registered pond and the owners, are picky who runs in this pond. So we make sure everyone who runs a boat has a NAMBA membership
