I was thinking of making a run of piston & sleeve sets for the Picco 67EXR, 45EXR, MAC67 & 45. What is the interest level? These will be same quality (or better) then the stock parts.

What about a 100% compatible Picco line of engines with a titanium rod?

I haven't seen or heard from you guys (Jason & Steve Pas) in along time and its nice to see your still around. Well you may not get alot of people posting on here but the interest is very high if you can deliver. As for what is needed, that would be what you listed and the 80 EXR, MAC 84 too. If you had them in stock today you would sell out before the

NEW YEAR. We are all waiting and hoping that someday somebody is going to come thru for us. Well you have my vote and a few others. Now come on down to Atlanta in April they run your favorite class TWINS!!! It would be great to see you guys their. Merry Christmas and Have a Happy New Year.

I mentioned this before in a post to Andy Brown, if someone made piston/sleeves, rods, head buttons, crankshafts at a minimum, there are hundreds of half engines laying around.

Rebuild kits !!!! For Picco 45 & 67's, I'm in......... (you dont have to develop a complete engine)

Do you have the titanium rods for the Picco 67 EXR now?

Has anyone consider talking to Dub Jett on making parts for the Picco EXR engines ?? He is a small manufacture in Texas that makes high end engines for Serious Airplane and Pylon Racers. It says on his webpage that he will do Specialty work. So if the demand is enough and I am sure it is & his prices are within reason, possibly he could be the guy to supply parts for the Picco EXR series engines.

This is the way to go. All we need is cranks rods and Liner/pistons. Now I am sure we can find cases???

Picco 45 EXR you bet !
Eric I have 1 - New PICCO 45 BLUE HEAD P/S for sale if that is the engine you are running???? $75.00 plus 3.00 shipping USPS. This paticular 45 p/s is extremely hard to find..... jw. Jason if you guys make P/L for PICCO EXR`s the 45 67 & 80 would sell fast. Many of the aftermarket rods were very good quality. Most copied a problem even the RPM rod & the stk Picco had. Not enough rod side clearence on the crank pin. I have clearenced the Rpm Rods & they last forever 150-200 rounds of racing. Also the radius on the large end bushing has to be countersunk. That way the radius on the crank pin never sees the bushing. Many of factory Picco problems have been correctly after they left the factory & Many are on the water today still racing Hard. jw.

this would be sweet. I talked to a friend that owns a hobby shop and she was looking in to being the picco dealer but it was to much trouble

Jason, I think that we do need another line of engines. The Picco motors especialy the 45's were and are great. I would be vary supportive of the effort. I have about 3 or 4 new Picco 45,s left and would like more and especially P/S. also the 67 would be vary successful. Gary "DOC"
