How long after painting an area on a boat should you wait to pull the tape off ??

Nothing special , rattle can type stuff......

I always pull mine off as soon as the paint is dry . i always touch the paint on the tape to see if it dry about 20 to 30 mins. depending on the temp and and paint.

45mins plus it depends on the maker/brand of spray paints. I use dupi-color and plastic coat for rattle can paints.. but mostly I spray my autopaints with my guns.
