Outboard Cowl build

Will this work on a os?
I don't think it would fit to well on the OS because of the angle of the motor mount plate, this may cause trouble with the clearence of the cowl and transom. You would have to look at moving the steering arms as well, but like anything you could make it fit with some modifications and know how.
 
I like the cowl as it is, but in my opinion it looks kinda vintage to me. I think the shape is a little to round for me.

Check this 2010/2011 Mercury cowl.

Cheers mate, Their are so many cowl shapes and designs used today, the purpose of this build was to give a scale like appearance to the outboards. The function and form of the shape was also dictated by the brushless motors and how they fit into the complete cowl, keeping in mind wire routing, airflow, water cooling, durability and easy access for maintenance.
 
Cheers guys, I am glad the outboards are done and i can move onto the rest of the build. Like anything we do in this hobby it can be very frustrating and time consuming, but the end result is worth it.
