I found a note in one of my notebooks that said I changed the bearings in both of these motors 6 months ago...at the same time. So they would have received the same batch of bearings I would think.
So it sounds very logical that my issues is bearings and that I should change them to be safe. Thank you all for the help!

I am not going to say the name (mainly because I cannot guarantee this definitely is my issue)...I certainly do not blame them, I doubt they even know about this issue, I will however mention to them, just in case they have others mentioning the same.
I have also put the same bearings in a friends motor around the same time and it runs extremely well.
They were not genuine OS bearings...might have to go back to them to be safe.
