I just want say what a stand up guy Jay is. He got a postage estimate from UPS and when he actually mailed it the postage was quite a bit less. He could have easily pocketed the difference and I would have been none the wiser, but he contacted me to let me know he was refunding the difference. I know most on this forum would have done the same, but until it happens to you, you don't know how good it feels that people have that sort of integrity. I have never had any dealings with Jay before, but would have no hesitation dealing with him again or recommending him to others.
