Powerhead is based on an OS 21 RX-R engine, it has higher timing than stock OS outboard.
Everything is built from brand new genuine OS parts, sitting on a new OS lower unit assembly.

Should be a fairly good deal compared to the price listed at Horizon
What about if I lower the price to $ 162, - and lower the shipping to $ 25, - without insurance.
