i've had good luck with jr switches. zero failures, no issues coming out of winter storage (sticking or not working right away). they make 2 versions, sport & a higher $ one. get the better one, not the sport B) .

number: 1 JR, 2 Airtronics , 3 Hobbico all good heavy duty thick wire because RX battery is very power amp ( over Ni-Mh + 2000mAh ) will be last long ;)

Futaba sells a heavy duty switch that is a double pole switch. (2 switches in one) decreases the chance that the contacts will go bad.

Ditto on the Futaba HD switch. Heavy gauge wires, and the case can be opened easily for inspection or cleaning of contacts if need be.

Allied Electronics:

Switch part number 676-3000

Switch Boot part number 760-0231

After soldering leads to switch I pot the connections in epoxy.
