As far as I know. Bought from them not to long ago. It is the holidays. Some people are also not Johnny on the spot about getting back to people right away with emails. How long in between emails?

Some emails go to SPAM or look suspect & not opened

Never had a single issue with Steven ever. Always replies, super fast on getting stuff out and typically on point. As previously mentioned maybe check you spam folder?
